Panel one: Doctor Cool rushes through the door of an operating room and yells out, "Nurse! I need my scalpel!!" The Nurse run towards her, scalpel in hand, and replies, "Yes Doctor!"

Panel two: Doctor Cool holds out the scalpel in her hand and squints her eyes in focus. She states, "This will be a very delicate procedure..."

Panel three: Doctor Cool brings the scalpel down to a sandwich that is sitting on the operating table and says, "I just gotta cut the crust off this sandwich." Off-screen Nurse yells, "Where is the patient?!"

Panel four: Meanwhile the patient Doctor Cool was meant to be operating is laying down on a gurney asleep, in a dark alley next to garbage.
