Panel two: The guy yells out in surprise when he realizes there is no toilet paper.

Panel three: We pan out to outside the bathroom stall to see the rest of the public bathroom is empty as the guy yells out at "Hello?"

Panel four: We cut to a woman sitting at her computer taking a call. She says, "911, what's your emergency?" There is an unheard response to her question and she replies, "I'm sorry, what?"
