Panel one: A girl with dark curly hair wearing a v-neck shirt walks into a room to see her friend burning his birth certificate. Her friend is wearing a trench coat with a tall upright collar and a fedora. He has a terrified look on his face as she asks him, "Hey...what are you doing??"

Panel two: The birth certificate quickly burns and Fedora Friend holds the ashy remnants in his hands. Eyes wide, he replies, "I'm burning all records of my identity..."

Panel three: His friend looks confused and upset as she exclaims, "What!! Why?!" Fedora Friend starts walking out the door with his hat covering his face and responds, "I'm too ashamed, I need to start a new life..."

Panel four: Earlier that day we see Fedora Friend fedora-less, sitting at a table as a waiter carries over a plate of food to him. The waiter says, "Enjoy your meal!"

Panel five: Fedora Friend happily responds, "Thanks, you too!"

Panel six: Off-screen the waiter confusedly responds, "Uhhh, ok..." We see Fedora Friend's embarrassed and horrified face as he realizes what he's done.
