Panel one: A fancy title card reads "Doctor Cool is employed again?" Dr. Cool is sitting inside a trash can, in a gross alleyway, when she yells out, "Nurse, I've got it! Kid Nurse is also covered in trash and has the trash can lid sitting on his head.

Panel two: Dr. Cool states her brilliant idea, "We'll get jobs again by building our own hospital!!"

Panel three: Kid Nurse reacts excitedly, "Oh! I'm good at building!! I can do that!"

Panel four: Dr. Cool and Kid Nurse, both covered in trash, jump up in excitement. Dr. Cool yells out, "Hell yea! Let's do this!!" Kid Nurse replies, "Yea!!"

Panel five: Later on, Kid Nurse is messing with some duct tape and says, "We're out of cardboard..." Dr. Cool looks on in awe at their building off-screen as she replies, "Don't worry about that nurse..."

Panel six: "It's Perfect!!" Dr. Cool exclaims as she works toward a huge, badly taped together amalgamation of cardboard. The word "Hospital" is written on a sign in red marker.
