Panel one: A bold title card reads, "Dr. Cool needs patients." Dr. Cool and Kid Nurse sit on the floor of their cardboard hospital. Kid Nurse crosses his arms and says, "I'm bored." Dr. Cool replies, "Dude, same."
Panel two: Dr. Cool looks annoyed as she rants, "Our hospital has been open for like, ever, and we've had no patients at all!" The cardboard hospital has been open for five minutes.
Panel three: We zoom in on Dr. Cool's determined face as she states, "We need to fix this."
Panel four: At an actual hospital, staff are taking away a patient from the ambulance drop-off area of the emergency wing. A lone patient lies on a gurney, unconscious and waiting to be taken in, as Dr. Cool and Kid Nurse sneak around the corner.
Panel five: Dr. Cool and Kid Nurse go up to the unconscious patient and begin to wheel him away.
Panel six: Dr. Cool and Kid Nurse high five in success as they roll away their first patient. An explosive title card above them reads, "Totally not kidnapping!"
