Panel one: Doctor Cool stands over an operating table where the patient's chest organs and ribs are exposed. She asks, "Nurse, is the lung ready?" The Nurse has the patient's new lung on a little tray and replies, "Yes, but we need to hurry Doctor."
Panel two: Doctor Cool gets a text notification and says, "Hold up, I got to check this text." Nurse angrily replies, "Please be joking."
Panel three: Doctor Cool removes her medical mask and takes out her phone, walking away while saying, "I'll be back, just give me like an hour dude." Nurse closes her eyes and shakes with rage.
Panel four: The Nurse tosses the tray with the lung into the air and walks away saying, "Ok no, I quit." The lung flies off the tray and smacks the sleeping patient in the face.
