Panel one: Outside of the Hospital Dr. Cool works at we see a sign hung up that says "Bring Your Kid to Work Day."

Panel two: On a table we see a packet of blood with a smiley face drawn onto it talking with a skull. The blood packet says, "But Mr. Skull, I love you!" The skull replies, "It was never meant to be type AB+ blood packet..."

Panel three: We zoom out of the scene and see the blood packet is being voiced by a small child with dark hair, and the skull is being voiced by Dr. Cool. The little kid asks, "Is that a real skull?" Dr. Cool replies, "Hell yea kid." The kid exclaims, "Neat!!"

Panel four: Dr. Cool asks, "Hey kid, you're pretty rad! Do you want to be my new nurse?" The kid continues playing with the blood packet and says, "Yes I want to be a nurse!!"

Panel five: Dr. Cool smiles to herself and says, "Haha, where even are your parents??" The new Kid Nurse exclaims, "We need more blood!!"

Panel six: Meanwhile in an operating room an unseen medical person desperately asks, "We're losing the patient! Where are those blood transfusions???" A panicked staff member yells out, "I don't know!!"
