Panel one: Title card reads, "The End of Doctor Cool?? Part 1." Dr. Cool looks accomplished as she says, "Well, we've done it Nurse..."

Panel two: "Our hospital is full of patients!" Dr. Cool exclaims in a room full of unconscious people on gurneys. Kid Nurse is standing next to Dr. Cool writing on a piece of paper. Their first captive patient begins to wake up as he says, "Uughh, where am I?"

Panel three: Dr. Cool proudly replies, "You're at the coolest hospital in town man!" The patient responds, "Why are the walls made of cardboard...?"

Panel four: Suddenly there is a banging at the door and unknown voice outside yelling, "Hey! Open up!" Dr. Cool looks fearful as the patient says, "Oh God please let that be help..."

Panel five: The banging continues as Dr. Cool looks frantically around the room and says, "Crap! Nurse we have to-" But Kid Nurse is not there, only a note left on the ground as Dr. Cool asks, "Nurse??"

Panel six: The note, written in bright red crayon, reads, "Late for dinner, had to go home, sorry- Nurse" with a smiley face and flower drawn on. Dr. Cool says, "It looks like I'm on my own..."
