Panel one: Title card reads, "Kid Nurse! is in charge!" Dr. Cool begins walking out of the cardboard hospital and says, "Nurse, I'm going out to get more patients!" 

Panel two: Kid Nurse stands with the unconscious hospital patient he and Dr. Cool kidnapped while she continues, "That patient needs urgent care, ok? Take care of him!"

Panel three: Kid Nurse is filled with determination as he curls up his little hands into fists and says, "Yea, I can do it!!"

Panel four: Kid Nurse ominously stands over the unconscious patient, holding a pair of scissors and a red marker while saying, "I'm going to be the best nurse!"

Panel five: Some time later Kid Nurse is done with his procedure and wipes his forehead, his hands and face covered with mysterious red stains, and says, "There..."

Panel six: "He looks perfect!" Kid Nurse continues. The patient is still unconscious and has silly markings drawn over his face with a red marker, including a marker mustache and beard. Chunks of his hair are missing and the word "Nerd" has been written across his shirt.
