That poor guy is scarred for life. I also continue to just guess how hospitals work which is honestly more fun than looking it up.
Panel one: An angry guy in a suit walks up to The Head Doctor, an old man with a beard wearing an old fashioned head mirror. Angry Guy asks, "Excuse me, are you in charge of this hospital?" Head Doctor replies happily, "Yes! Why do you ask?"
Panel two: Angry Guy states his business, "I'm investigating this place. Can you tell me why the number of deaths is so high?" Angry Guy is holding up his paperwork that reads "Number of Deaths: A LOT"
Panel three: The Head Doctor ponders this question with a "Hmm..." In the background Doctor Cool and Kid Nurse run down the hallway dragging a long string of intestine. Doctor Cool is yelling, "Nurse quick! The patient needs his intestines!" They look like they're having fun!
Panel four: Angry Guy drops his paperwork and looks on in horror as the Head Doctor shrugs his shoulders and replies, "Beats me."
